Highly sensitive my whole life, I have suffered from anxiety, depression, CFS, fibromyalgia, and many more chronic conditions. I was able to heal myself through energy work, meditation and intuitive nutrition. I now have a Facebook Group and You Tube Channel, Blessed to Bring the Light, featuring empowerment videos, energy transmissions and guided breathwork/meditations. I want to shine my Light and help others heal themselves the way I have healed myself.
I have extended my practice into an Energy Healing Center. I host classes, healing events and other healing practitioners to offer their services as well. There is also a gift shop with books, crystals and other items to meet your wellness and spiritual needs.
